Thee’s Continental Bakery The breads, cookies, rolls and desserts here are all baked on the premises (the kitchen is directly behind the counter). From basic baked goods to unique fare (a legion of followers won’t serve a holiday meal without a Thee’s Monkey Bread on the table), the entire selection is just grand. Baker Bill Thee also carries on a wonderful Farmers Market tradition: everyday, visitors ask if the baker still decorates cakes in the window – the answer is Yes, Bill Thee is that guy. A specialty of the house: photograph birthday cakes – you provide the picture and Bill applies an icing version to your cake.
