Located on the rooftop above SAVTA, SoraTemaki Bar crafts open-faced hand rolls made with fresh fish flown in daily from Japan. The first and only vegan marketplace in the country to sell products exclusively from 100% vegan brands. They first launched in East Hollywood and now are excited to expand with a second outlet here at the Market, located next to Singapore’s Banana Leaf. They offer a wide selection of fridge, freezer and pantry staples, as well as a snack counter selling their legendary vegan hot dogs and soft serve ice cream, as well as a variety of other sandwiches and sides.  Other all-vegan specialties range from chocolate and cheese made in-house, to fine imported caviar and lobster.
